<text>Through this site, we can learn the stories of African Americans that went to this high school, and the discrimination that they faced. We can also learn about donations black citizens made to better the high school in the era of segregation. This project is significant to the 1930s because the Public Works Administration ran this project to find African Americans a place to learn. At the time, this was the only African American high school in Stafford County. Eventually, in 1962 students from the training center were able to attend the all-white Stafford County high school. These actions effectively changed the public school system in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I used the camera on my iPhone to record sound, videos, and take pictures. The reason for this is because it is much more convenient than having to take out a big tape recorder or camera. Modern technology makes it much easier to store and keep information safe in just one device that you can take everywhere.</text>
