Narrative
Occoquan Waterfront offers a story of reconstruction. It is part of the Public Works Administration and has created a bridge and tunnel around 1933. Documentation for this site was easy and effortless. I used my phone to take pictures and recognized that in 1930's there had to be more equipment involved to take a picture and editing did not exist. Therefore light elements had to be in tact.
